He has extensive experience of and success in resolving complex and high value commercial disputes for large and small national and international businesses as well as private individuals in various courts and forums, including via litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation.

His broad experience includes commercial, shareholder & partnership, professional negligence, insolvency and engineering disputes.

Prior to joining Loney Stewart Holland, Robert trained and practiced at various large, leading law firms in London and the South West, which included various private and public sector client secondments.
